Set up
- Bind your data, in this example, I am going to use a CSV file for my customer data.
- Upload your CSV, and click ‘Next’.
- From the dropdown, select the column in the CSV that holds the user's email addresses.

- If you have data in the CSV on when the user became a member of this group, you can add it here. If not, just skip this.
- This lets you track when users join a group but is not essential.
- Check the data and role is correct, and click Create Role.
- The role is now visible on your dashboard, where you can see the total members who have that role and changes to this over the last week.

Updating the role
As this is a static CSV upload, you will need to re-upload the CSV when there are changes in the file. You can do this by:
- From your server dashboard, click on the role you want to update.
- Click the data source dropdown, and select “Upload new CSV”.
- You then follow the same steps as the Set Up flow to Bind your updated CSV.
